deluge/deluge/ui/coreconfig.py
Andrew Resch 499a58f50d Revert 67ea05921cb904cb2ddf5811cd96534321bfeefa which changed how event handlers worked.
Unfortunately this will not work with plugins as they do not have the events defined and
the creation of the event object fails.
